Both races will begin at 10.30 am at the Aqualibrium, The Esplanade, Campbeltown.

10k route - starts 10.30hrs
· Start Victoria Hall.
· Run up Main Street then turn right and up Longrow to Millknowe
· Turn right at Dellwood Hotel and right along Dalaruan St
· Continue along Low Askomil to Trench Point checkpoint and turn
· Back along Low Askomil and turn left down North Shore Street onto esplanade
· Along esplanade turn left towards roundabout and along Hall Street past cinema
· Straight along Lochside walkway past putting green and up onto Kilkerran Rd
· Down Kilkerran Road towards jetty to checkpoint and turn
· Return along Kilkerran Road and turn left up the cutting and along
Limecraigs Road
· Across Meadows Avenue, turn right onto Tomaig Road and right onto Witchburn Road.
· Down the Big Kiln, left onto the Main Street and left at the bottom of Main Street and turn right to finish on esplanade"

This is a 12 Week Training Schedule for Beginners whose aim is to complete the 10k event comfortably. All running should be at a steady, even pace.  Please remember to consult your GP before embarking on any training schedule.
