My event
of the year, looking forward to next year, haven't
missed a year yet

Great day from start to finish
I feel very privileged to have been able to complete 4
in a row!
Gets better and better
Absolutely worth the trip!
Great atmosphere before, during and after the race.
Visitors and locals alike were made to feel like
superstars as they crossed the finishing line.
Brilliant atmosphere from start to finish!
Great day, very well organised and fab goody bag!
Excellent atmosphere, scenery and value
Great encouragement for beginners, challenging enough
for the half-marathon runners and very user friendly
all-round. Lovely scenery, relaxed atmosphere and lots
of local cheering.
At the finish the tea, sandwiches and danish pastries
very gratefully received. Lovely locally made medal,
unique, and a very generous goody bag. A great day well
organized and a brilliant atmosphere. Pasta party
pre-race night and ceilidh (sellouts) on the night a
resounding success and enjoyed by all. Looking
forward to next year.
Simply the best!
First class race and what an atmosphere. Superb scenery.
Everything first class. Well done again to the
organisers.
: brilliant weekend, well done to all the organisers
Awesome weekend!!
All in all, what a great weekend! Brilliant
organisation, t-shirts fab and activities planned
throughout weekend were superb. A race not to be missed!
Has everything you could possibly hope for. Local
support seems to increase more and more every year.
What the organisers have done is fantastic in terms of
all the activities on offer around the races themselves.
This includes the pre-race Pasta Party, a kids Fun Run
and after race Ceilidh - for some well deserved
recharging and tall tales.
Running across the short stretch of Atlantic beach
towards the lone piper in the distance might not be
great for your PB, but it's fantastic for your soul! Mr
McCartney penned The Long and Winding Road in relation
to a trip to Kintyre, you'll find out why. This race
however makes every inch of that breath-taking drive
worth it. Best to stay over and turn it into a great
weekend. A must run.
Love It - Running, Atmosphere and of course the danish
and ceilidh!!
: Great event
Did the half Marathon in 2008. Quite tough but excellent
route and very rewarding. Did 10k 2009. flat course so
good pb potential. Great atmosphere. Worth travelling
for.
Great race -the only race that we have had free food at
the finish - real Scottish hospitality
: Superb atmosphere, organisation and scenery
: Brilliant race. Not to be missed.
This was the first race I'd ever taken part in, and now
I know I started with the best! Well organised, great
location and amazing atmosphere. Have twice achieved a
PB and will definitely be back again next year.
Organisation,Spectators,Marshalls and Atmosphere was
fantastic. Excellent t/shirts supplied by adidas
The encouragement and support from spectators and
marshalls give the race such a special atmosphere.
Great race family day run excellent value for money
great ceilidh at night atmosphere brilliant great
encouragement from marshalls and public also great
support from musicians along the route.
: I'd recommend this race to anyone
In full: I did the half marathon and would describe it
as a must-do event.
The scenery was incredible, the organisation was spot-on
and it had the best goodie bag I've ever received.
Definitely one for the calendar!
fantastic day for all
In full: great event for everybody the spectators seem
to enjoy it as much as the runners they give so much
encouragement, which is fantastic, the organization is
brilliant and the location second to none definitely not
to be missed.
Excellent once again
Loved the whole weekend. From the pasta party, to the
warm up with Fiona, the run itself, the banter on the
green afterwards, the kids races and of course ceilidh,
just wished I could have stayed longer.
The goody bag is stuffed with goodies, the technical
t-shirt is really smart, the Campbeltown pottery medal
is really a nice touch and of course the danish pastry!!
Well done all organisers, marshalls, runners and
walkers.
Will be back next year......maybe will risk the half
No longer a race virgin!
First time I'd taken part in a 10k race but the build up
in town was ace, and after being a mashall last year i
couldn't wait to take part in this year's race. The
on-lookers kept your spirits up and all the runners had
enthusias, all very well organised goody bags brilliant
superb can't wait for next year!!
Loved it-ran near back for a change (due to hamstring
injury) and enjoyed friendly banter with marshalls &
fellow runners..
Beach section with big 'rollers' coming in; plus
solitary piper probably highlight of day - marshalls
friendly & supportive (like most Scottish people) -
definitely want to re-visit (hopefully with leg in
better shape next time!). Well done to everyone.
: Absolutely excellent job all around.
Fabulous event
Lovely route and encouragement all the way round the 10k
route. Well organised race and the organised warm-up is
great fun too. The Celilidh at night makes it even
better.
Will be back next year!
A great day out, 2 fantastic races in a beautiful town
with wonderful, friendly people. The goody bag was
incredible and the T shirt must be the best in the
country.
So much to commend the MoK Run.
A special mention to the announcer chap in the lorry, he
had a word for every single runner crossing the line and
kept the enthusiasm up from start to finish.
This race is rapidly becoming a "must do" for runners
all over the UK.
Brilliant race. Very well organised
The race was extremely well organized (I am a race
director myself), and the goody bag was great, loved the
shirt. Only one peeve (maybe because I'm an American),
there were only three awards (local, overall and first
veteran).
As usual an excellent race well organised in a great
location. At the finish I received a technical T shirt,
a race cup, a unique medal, a nice bag, isotonic drink,
energy bar, banana, cup of tea , sandwiches and a cake.
Good value I would say.
JUST BRILLIANT AGAIN THIS YEAR
What a sense of excitement the whole weekend, the crowds
were just supberb, first time doing 10k (normally do
half) - those spectators in campbeltown are simply
second to none - pb in the bag on the 10k route with
encouragement like that. Must mention the adidas
super-nova t-shirts - wow - very proud to wear this one,
again and again and again.
wonderful scenery and people with plenty of room between
runners on the way round
: just fantastic, will be there next year
: Fantastic
I travelled up from Surrey to do the run and it was very
well organised and well supported by the locals.
Brillant goody bag with t-shirt, mug and local pottery
medal.
Another very good and well run MOK run. Majority do the
10k but it's the half marathon which has the more
interesting course with challenging dunes/beach section.
Goody bag excellent.
Superb
If you haven’t done this race then you are simply
missing out. In my experience it is one of the best run
and scenic half's in the whole of Scotland.
Brilliant! Simply Brilliant! My first 10k and really
enjoyed the whole moment!
Excellent organisation from start to finish. Great start
with 10k and Half Marathon runners together. Plenty of
locals out and about cheering you on including the
marshals who added encouragement. Great crowd at the end
and what a goody bag!
Great atmosphere and carried on to the Ceilidh in the
evening which was superb with so many happy and proud
people in the one place! Well done MOKRUN!
1st ever 10k
One of the best
Excellent-again!
Organisation, atmosphere and value fantastic as always,
the goody bag keeps on getting better! First time of
doing the half which was tough but far more scenic than
the 10k.
: Fantastic
Brilliant race from start to finish. Atmosphere was
electric. Goody bags were fantastic especially the
Adidas Supernova t-shirt, where else would you receive
one of them.
Managed the dance at night which was excellent. Roll on
2010
great race
Fantastic race all due to the hard work of tom and
elaine, really cannot recommended enough a great run in
the company of great people and a big thanks to hector
for letting run with him and helping me smash my pb by 6
mins cheers hector see you all soon up in campbeltown
graham
Its a two day event not to be missed. Brilliant from
start to finish !
I have taken part in the MOK race since it was born and
each year just gets better and better. Very well
organised, a first class goody bag and local made
pottery medal .Not many races that the entry fee
includes a sandwich, Danish pastry and hot drink when
finished. The post race ceilidh is a must ..what a
night. Legs were tired but managed to still dance into
the wee hours of the night .
: Make the time and take a wee long weekend to
Campbeltown. Entirely community based but attracts
quality athletes from all over the UK
Well done to the organisers. It doesn't get any
better. Its been fantastic since the first year.
You have to give this a go!
This is my 4th year and the race just gets better and
better. Fantastic value for money, expertly organised
and great fun. The crowd were great, what more is there
to say!
A fantastic race. Wonderful goodie bag. Well worth the
travel.
I had read the reviews and decided that the race sounded
good. I was not disappointed. I travelled from
Sunderland (7 hour drive) the scenery was great. The run
itself was well organised. I got a PB which was a bonus.
I knew about the run on the beach which was a little
hard, due to the wind, but this should not put anyone
off. The goodie bag, T-shirt, medal, sandwich, cake and
tea were all fantastic. I also made use of the showers
at the local leisure centre. I good race and will defo
be back. Thank you.
: great goody bag & T-shirt, medal is stunning...nice
touch
I
My second 10K race & first time running MOK, I enjoyed
it a lot. Great to have such a professionally run race
so close to home. Fantastic goody bag & after race
snacks. T-shirt is fab! nice to have one which I can use
to run in. As for the medal...well...what a lovely
touch, one for the wall I think
An amazing race and well worth travelling to...
The race was a great event and organised slickly with a
great family atmosphere. The course was a great
challenge but the scenery was stunning. A piper at the
half way point on the beach really spurred us on and the
cup of tea at the end tasted fantastic!! If you are
going to do one race a year this is the one to do, but
its worth coming for the weekend. See you next year.
Fantastic race
This is the second year I have done this and it will be
the first one pencilled in for next year.
The organisation is superb, the local support very good
and the goodie bag the best I have seen.
Weekend Wonder
You gotta do this ....
The warm-up stretching was a lovely touch and added to a
sense of excitement ; the merging of a 10k and half M
distance with a common start is a great idea and gives a
lovely "crowd" feel. The run route is spectacular with
views of beloved Northern Ireland's Antrim coast ; the
piper on the beach at 10k was a lovely touch. So
friendly, loads of marshalls, great goody bag ; lots of
events before and after - so well organized. Don't
hesitate - do it in 2010.
: BRILLIANT!!
Very well organised race, great course, great marshalls,
great support from the locals. Always a fantastic goody
bag and free food at the end, what more could you ask
for!
Well organised, lovely scenic route, highly recommended.
Brilliant race, highly recommended!!
Originally from the area and the praise for this run has
been fantastic so had to come along and take part.
Brilliantly organised weekend from the pasta party to
the sandwiches and pastry at the end, sad to miss the
ceilidh. Great support along the route which helped spur
us new runners along. All in all a super weekend.
Definitely be back next year
What a great race!
This race seems to get better and better each year.
Perfectly organised and well supported by locals,
particularly at the start and finish. Brilliant goody
bag with technical running t-shirt and local pottery
medal. The section running over the undulating off road
track on and off the beach, and the beach itself, is
tough on the legs, but adds variety to the otherwise,
mainly flat route. |

“Without doubt the best race in the UK” |
|
|
|
»
“Travelled down from Birmingham for this for the second
year running and it was even better than last year.
Amazing support and atmosphere and getting a pb was the
perfect end to a perfect day. Will be back again next
year.” |
|
|
|
» “I ran the half with an injury so was taking my
time and not one person passed me without a good word of
encouragement, I felt honoured to be in amongst those
lovely people all facing a battle themselves along the
gloriously windy route.” |
|
|
|
»
“This
one is more than a race - it's an experience! The
excellent organisation includes a number of events that
make it a great weekend for the runners and their
families.” |
|
|
|
»
“Brilliantly organised yet again. How many races give
you a technical running t shirt, sandwiches, cake and
coffee along with a goody bag. Not to mention the
weekend of entertainment set up. No other race comes
close to this one.” |
|
|
|
»
“what
a stunning part of the world and a fantastically
organised race to match - also the most generous: pastry
and coffee after, great support, unique pottery medal,
lasting-material adidas t-shirt” |
|
|
|
»
“Brilliant race. Superb stunning scenery and what a
fantastic local crowd. Great value for money and worth
travelling to”. |
|
|
|
» “This is a very well organised, well marshalled
run. We travelled over from Ireland on the morning of
the race and were held up because of rough seas and
arrived about a half hour after the start - we phoned
the organisers and they arranged a later start for us -
many thanks for that!” |
|
|
|
»
“A
great weekend in Campbeltown, not just the actual race
but the pre and post race activities were absolutely
terrific....loved the pipers and brass band on the
route....gave it a big city feel in a friendly small
town kind of way!! It is hard to see how they can top it
next year but I know they will…” |
|
|
|
»
“Great
race - stunning scenery. The piper at the turning point
on the beach section was a highpoint! Really enjoyed
myself. Great organisation and a brilliant goody bag -
including locally produced ceramic finishers medal,
Adidas Climacool Running top. Free tea/coffee and
sandwiches at finish, along with the aforementioned
Danish Pastries” |
|
|
|
»
“Did
the 10k for the 2nd time. Organisers excelled themselves
once again. As mentioned before (goodie bag, danish
pastries, sandwiches, local pottery medals) were
amazing, kids also received a goodie bag and medals for
taking part in Fun Run. Best 10k in the country.” |

“This
is my third year attending this event and would not miss
it for anything. It is well organised from start to
finish . This was my first half marathon and it did
prove a challenge due to the wind the last 6 miles but
the scenery and the atmosphere really made up for it .
An excellent goody bag and post race food. I really
enjoyed the whole weekend including the inspirational
talk with Jamie Andrew , pre race pasta party and the
post race ceilidh. What a night !! Cant wait till next
years. Hope to see you there !!” |

Just
Brilliant
In full: I always worry when I run a race one year and
love it, that when I go back the next year, it's not as
good as I remember. Not so with this one - fabulous from
start to finish. |
|
|
|
»
The
trip across the dunes was tough, but the breathtaking
scenery once you got out there really took your mind off
your legs. |
|
|
|
»
I've
run lots of races where you pass locals who don't have a
clue what's going on - not so in Campbeltown where
everyone had a cheer and a "well done" for the runners.
|
|
»
Another one to add to the Permanent Fixtures list on my
racing calendar! |
|
|
|
»
We
travelled from West yorkshire for this race and were not
disappointed. Well worth the trip, everyone should do
this race once. The marshalls and organisation were
brilliant. The pipe band at the start was a great touch.
It was if the whole of the town and given it their full
support. Well done!!!!!! |
|
|
|
»
Coolest ever medal (pottery) topped off with some
excellent post race food then off to the Ceilidh |
|
|
|
»
Second
time I've run it. Hugely enjoyable once again and I
broke my pb by over 4 mins. Off-road/Beach section tough
but otherwise undulating roads. Fantastic party
atmosphere at finish and organisers do a fabulous job
|
|
|
|
»
Great
atmosphere, great scenery, one of my all time favourites
In full: Was definately worth travelling all the way up
from Birmingham for !! The atmosphere and organisation
where of the best I have ever known and the
encouragement from the crowd kept me going even when my
legs didnt want to. Will be back next year! |
|
|
|
»
What
an alternative half marathon! I had only ever done city
half's before and this was something really different. I
really enjoyed (most of) it but found the cross country
section really tough. Once on the beach it was fab, but
getting on to and off of the beach was horrible and
ultimately I suffered for setting of a bit to quickly.
Organisation was 1st class. |
|
|
|
»
Like
many, I read the RW reviews last year and thought this
would be nice to do. Little did I realise just what a
blast it was! Scenery, friendliness, organisation all
first rate - a credit to the committee, the town and to
running in general. Particularly nice that the asked the
crowd to stay and cheer the last few runners. A real
credit. Make the trip - it's worth it! |
|
|
|
»
2nd
year of doing race, would definately do it again, well
worth the travel. well organised and very friendly.
marshalls were fantastic and kept spirits high |
|
|
|
»
Great
atmosphere, great views, well organised, well worth
trying.
In full: I did the 10K. Walked it last year but have
lost weight and jogged it. Knocked off 16mins on last
years time. Great crowd, great support. As a beginning
runner of 56 I want to thank all concerned for a great
day. It has started me on the path to enjoying running.
Something I thought I would hate doing. |

»
This
in an EVENT as much as a race, a classic in my view,
funky medal too. |
|
|
|
»
Fantastic event, twin 10K & half marathon great idea
with a mass start of both - did not realise 1/2 marathon
runners go so fast from the start. |
|
|
|
»
10K
for me, course great with the 2 loop backs - allowing
masses of encouragement from fellow friends and runners.
Marshalling and race organisation superb -coupled with
the genuine warmth and support of the wee toon folk!
|
|
|
|
»
10K
course very quick smashed my PB with a sub 39 run.

Event
organisers have a good course (10k). A couple of cut
backs ensures that you can encourage friends and
competitors. Post race hospitality tent superb with hot
drinks sandwiches and lovely danish pastries (included
in price). Competitors supporters and local crowd hung
around for 3 hours until the very last half marathon
runner came home and what a cheer he got. I can't
enthuse about this event enough. The Saw Doctors played
in the local hall on the friday, I believe free minibus
trips were offered on saturday to the Mull of Kintyre, a
pasta party on the saturday evening, race on sunday
followed by a ceilidh on the sunday night. So if you
fancy a weekend away in 2008 get your application in
early. The event will be massively over subscribed as
this years was. |
|
|
|
»
Just
perfect, everything I'd hoped for and more. I'll
definitely be back! |
|
|
|
»
Inspirational!
In full: I did this last year - it was my first half
marathon then - it was wonderful in every respect. This
year it was a all a bit bigger and better except the
course which could notn be surpassed. The weekend was a
real package - the Saw Doctors, pre-race Pasta, a
wonderful race and a Ceilidh that we will remember
forever. Well done to Campbelltown |
|
|
|
»
Absolutely wonderful
In full: My first race ever! I now have a very high
benchmark for future runs. Great atmosphere and very
friendly. The off road bit was a challenge, but well
worth it for the beach views. I only wish I could have
stayed for more of the entertaiment. |
|
|
|
»
One of
the best races around (if not THEE best)!!
In full: So glad I chose this as my first half marathon,
what a wonderfully scenic route, and the weather was on
our side! I did the 10K last year and was extremely
impressed by the fantastic organization, marshalls, and
the warm welcome from the locals...and it was even
better this year! Both runners and spectators are realy
well lookeed after, and the massage was great! Truly one
of my favourite events, will be back next year. |
|
|
|
»
Fantastic - brilliant organisation, very supportive run,
beautiful
In full: My first half marathon, and the other runners
were very cheery and supportive, as were the organisers
(from the entry stage to the ceilidh), not to mention
the locals and the supporters. The route was good,
slightly up on the first half, interesting on the way to
the beach and back, and the beach itself was beautiful
and fine for running. The latter stages were slightly
down - just the way you want it! All in all an
exceptional run and worth the journey. We went en
famille and had a good weekend - lucky with the weather,
which helped. |
|
|
|
»
The
local community make the race a wee bit special |
|
|
|
»
Very
well organised, great atmosphere, superb refreshments
afterwards!
In full: Second year at this race, 1st time on 1/2
marathon route which was beautiful especially the
section along the beach even if it was a tough section.
Hope to join in with pre-race pasta party and post-race
ceilidh next year |
|
|
|
»
Fantastic!!
In full: I have just had the best weekend at this event.
I travelled up with 12 other girls and the whole event
from the pasta party to the ceilidh was great. The post
race sandwiches and danish pastry were great, the bands
at the ceilidh were amazing - oh and the 10k race was
great too!! Well done to the organisers - you should all
be very proud of yourselvesxx |

Better
than any mass participation run |

Magnificent MOK again
In full: brillliant day again - great organisation and
the weather was stunning given we had all thought it
would be a howling wet gale.Registration went like
clockwork - no queues - enough toilets. Great support
throughout from teh marshalls and locals cheering
everyone on. Really friendly race even for us snails
near the back.Difficult to do a PB but i shaved 8
minutes off last years debacle. The route down to the
beach was difficult with the wind providing a very
effective non-surgical facelift. However, will probably
do this again next year - thanks to all for a superb day
again. |
|
|
|
»
Thanks
to all the organisers and marshals, etc for a great
event held today - even the weather cleared up in time
for the start of the race. It's my first 10k race and
has whetted my appetite for more - managed 58mins 10
secs so delighted to break my 1 hour target time. Hope
to see you again next year! |
|
|
|
»
Really
enjoyed the event - the organisation was superb -
refreshments afterwards were excellent and everyone,
both competitors and runners were cheery and good fun.
Hope you decide to do the same next year as I'll
certainly be signing up for it again. |
|
|
|
»
Just
wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed today's event
- not just the run itself but the whole event. All the
marshals were great and very encouraging to all the
runners - they deserve medals themselves. I haven't been
running that long - maybe 4 years - but at any of the
races I have been to I have never seen such a fantastic
spread afterwards! |
|
|

»
Two
friends of ours came down to compete and I met up with
lots of old friends. The courses were excellent. The
half marathon was quite challenging with lots of
excellent sections. I really appreciated all the time
put in by marshals and other helpers. |

Took part
in event on Sunday. Really enjoyed it in spite of
travelling down from Perth that morning. It was a great
success. Congratulations to you all. The local community
should be also congratulated on the wonderful reception
that they gave us all. The atmosphere was like a mini
London Marathon event! Well done! and all the best for
the future. |
|

The race
has inspired a lot more people to want to do it next
year. |
|
|
|
»
Extremely
well organised and managed, and the atmosphere was
brilliant. Congratulations to everyone involved. You
even managed to get the weather right. I could never go
so far as to say I “enjoy” doing a half marathon, but it
was worth the pain for the run along the beach alone. I
hope you’ll continue to run the event, it deserves to be
a great success. We’d definitely come back. |

The best
£9.00 I'm ever likely to spend and will be back next

Please
could you pass on to all your wonderful volunteers and
marshals etc many big heartfelt congratulations for a
fantastically organised event yesterday. My friends and
I ran the 10k and were so impressed with the behind the
scenes organisation from the info sent out prior to the
race to the fantastic spread put on afterwards, never
before have we been given sandwiches let alone a pastry!
So, a big thanks to your sponsors too. The medals are
going to be so treasured (after all that is what we all
do it for!!) all over the west coast, as are the T
shirts, they are that bit different from any I have had
before. The cheerfulness and support from your marshals
was such a help and as for being cheered home towards
the finish line by name as it was relayed in…that was a
great idea and helps you gain those precious few seconds
as the crowd pulls you along. You even managed to
arrange for the skies to clear in those last few
precious decision making minutes after the briefing
(jacket on of jacket off?) Truly impressive….Well done
to all concerned and be prepared for an even bigger
field next year as your fame grows. Thank you |
|
|
|
»
Just
wanted to thank you for organising a superb race
yesterday - everything from start to finish was totally
brilliant. The food, refreshments and availability of a
massage at the end without having to queue for 2 hours
was also fantastic. We will be back next year if there
are plans to have another one….Once again thanks - great
day, great route and venue |
|
|
|
»
I just
wanted to send you a quick e-mail to thank you the race
committee, marshals and the town for laying on a
wonderful event yesterday. |
|

»
Everything
was perfect I got a pb (not hard when it was only my
second half marathon) I even got a suntan. The cross
country and beach bit were fantastic if hard and windy.
The medals are amazing and the spread after the race
were just what we needed. I hope the event will happen
next year I am sure you will have at least two runners.

I had to
write, I managed to persuade myself to run the 1/2
marathon on sunday, the distance and family commitments
put me off, but I’ve been running for over 20 years and
that was the most organised, great band, most
hospitable, best goody bag, best ever refreshments,
wonderful to have the 10 k and 1/2 marathon take off
together and to also encourage walkers!! and I’ve
deliberately left the best to last the phenomenal
scenery running along the beach at Machrihanish, thank
you to all the community, the organisers and marshals,
my time was dreadful but I had a fantastic day and as
long as my legs are beneath me, I’ll be back next year
with company, |

The
weather, the atmosphere, the courses, marshalling and
post race hospitality were second to none. The crowd who
turned out were supportive and enthusiastic and many
stayed right to the end and that is a feat to keep their
attention. I have heard people say that they are going
to take part next year - the demand is there! The
community spirit is very evident in the wee toon
particularly when the course is managed by an army of
marshals. I'm sitting here typing with my medal on over
my mokrun t shirt still chuffed to bits. My wee boy took
the medal to school today to show everyone at news time
- if I can inspire my kids I've at least done something
good in life! |

From a
first time runner's point of view, everything seemed to
run extremely smoothly. The Pasta Party was a great idea
and the meal was very good. The ceilidh was very
enjoyable and of course the run was well marshalled and
well supported by the people of Campbeltown. You even
managed to sort the weather out for us. |

Brilliant
organisation for what must be the most scenic half
marathon in the UK. Don't tell everyone, it will be our
secret |

Re-write
the book and make it '1001 things to do before you die'.
One of the most fantastically well organised events I
have ever attended with a great community feel…………
Please enter this event in 2007. You will not be

What a
great race. The whole experience for me is one I will
not forget for a long time (well until I do it again
next year). It's not just the race but the whole
experience that makes this a great event. The Mull Of
Kintyre is a beautiful area to visit, and sets the scene
for what the race will be like. |

The goody
bag was the best I have had yet, how they managed to put
this all on for the cost is a compliment to the
organisers |

The best
bit for me, was the lone piper stood in the dunes at the
end of the beach section. |

To other
Southerners like myself, I can thoroughly recommend
this, and say don’t be put off of where it is. Its well
worth the effort |

One of the
most enjoyable races I have ever done. Fantastic
scenery, a section on the beach, friendly and
encouraging marshals, fab goody bag, great post race
party and an organising team that made sure that
everyone was welcome. It was just the best race and will
live long in my memory |
